What ¡Ey, mae! is

A directory that connects people who need a service or product with entrepreneurs and businesses in Costa Rica, and a catalog of apps to run small businesses. ¡Ey, mae! does not provide the services listed, does not take part in agreements between customers and businesses and charges no commissions on them.

Business pages

• To create a business page you must be of legal age (18) or act on behalf of a company with authorization to do so.
• The basic page is free. Whoever creates it declares that the information is true and that they have the right to publish it, including the logo or photos.
• It is not allowed to impersonate another person or business, publish illegal activities, offensive or misleading content, or third-party data without their permission.
• «Verified» means the ¡Ey, mae! team checked that the business exists and that the person managing it is responsible for it. It is not a guarantee of the quality of the work or a professional certification.
• We may suspend pages that breach these terms or receive well-founded reports.

Recommendations

They must be based on real experiences. It is not allowed to recommend yourself, offer or receive payment for recommendations, or use them to attack someone. ¡Ey, mae! never sells recommendations and may hide those that break these rules.

Apps and plans

Trade apps may have a trial period followed by a monthly fee, clearly stated before any charge. They can be canceled at any time.

Responsibility of the publisher

Each business publishes its own information. By creating its page, the creator accepts these terms and declares that the details, logo, photos, prices and service areas are true and that they have the right to publish them. The business is solely responsible for what it publishes and for the services or products it offers, and releases INVERSIONES MÚLTIPLES E & V LIMITADA from any third-party claim arising from that information or those services. ¡Ey, mae! does not review each page in advance, except those bearing the «Verified» badge.

A record is kept of the date these terms were accepted and of their version.

Use of information

Page information is used only so that customers can find and contact businesses. ¡Ey, mae! does not sell, transfer or reproduce it for other purposes. Details are in the privacy policy.

Liability

The relationship between customer and business is direct. We recommend agreeing on price, scope and warranty before hiring. If something goes wrong, you can report the page and write to soporte@eymae.cr.

Complaints

We receive complaints at soporte@eymae.cr. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.
